Mauritian students who are accepted between September 2017 and January 2019 for this degree, will be offered a Scholarship MUR 100,000 to be distributed each semester MUR 25,000 for the first two years (conditions will apply – please talk to Admissions for details).

This four year Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership is an interdisciplinary degree that focuses on the study of leadership in the context of the modern organization. It examines the theoretical foundation as well as the practical behaviors and processes that promote positive leadership and organizational development.

Fort Hays State University has a multiple degree model called the “2+2 model.” The 2+2 model will allow students to earn two degrees: a two-year associate degree at the two-year mark, and a four-year bachelor’s degree at the four-year mark. For the same cost of getting a four-year degree, the students can earn two degrees.
